Cornbread waffles

Ingredients:
 ¾ cup coarse yellow cornmeal
 ¾ cup flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp baking soda
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp molasses
 1 cup buttermilk
 4 tbsp browned butter
 1 egg
 ½ tsp salt
 1 pinch nutmeg, grated

First, preheat a waffle iron. Meanwhile, combine cornmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, salt in a bowl.

Then, whisk the honey, molasses, browned butter, egg, and buttermilk in a separate bowl. Next, pour this mixture over the cornmeal and flour mixture and stir until well combined. Set aside and let it stands for 10 minutes.

After that, pour the waffle batter onto hot waffle iron, and cook till golden. Serve with any kind of toppings you like.
