 3 garlic, minced
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
 1 tbsp rice wine
 1 tsp sugar
 1 tsp chicken stock
 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp water

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, red wine vineger, rice wine, sugar, chicken stock, and chili garlic sauce.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water into a slurry. Combine with the sauce and whisk well.

Season the pork well and then sear in a large pan or wok over high heat. When seared, remove from the pan and set aside.

Next, add the garlic and saute until fragrant. Then add the red onion and broccoli Saute until softened. Then, add in the pork and cashews. Pour the sauce over top and cook until everything is cooked through and simmering.
