Skip the takeout order and make Spicy Pork and Dragon Noodles at home tonight. You probably have all the ingredients in your pantry or freezer so this is a great backup meal to have in your back pocket when you don't know what to make for dinner.

Easy dragon noodles

Ingredients:
 ½ lb ground pork
 3 packages of ramen noodles
 3 green onions, sliced
¼ cup peanuts, unsalted, roughly chopped
 salt
 pepper
For the dragon sauce:
¼ cup chili garlic sauce (or sriracha)
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 ¼ cup brown sugar
Directions:
1

First, prepare the ground pork. Over medium high heat, cook the ground pork until it is browned, stirring often and making sure your break up large pieces with your wooden spoon.

2

Whisk together the brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, peanuts, and soy sauce in a small bowl, making sure to get rid of any lumps of brown sugar. Add this mixture to the cooked pork in the skillet

3

Simmer the pork and sauce mixture until the sauce has reduced by half and is a sticky and thick consistency.

4

Meanwhile, cook your noodles according to package instructions. For regular Maruchan Ramen (the 25 cent kind) that was boiling the noodles in 6 cups of water (2 cups per packet) for 3 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, drain well.

5

Combine noodles with the sauce and mix thoroughly to make sure every noodle is sauced. Serve with green onion to garnish
