 2 cups all-purpose flour
 1 tsp instant yeast
 1 tsp salt
 ¾ cup warm water
 1 tbsp olive oil
 ½ cup pasta sauce
 1 tsp dried basil
 1 garlic, crushed
 5 oz mozzarella, sliced
 shaved Parmesan
 handful cherry tomatoes, quartered

Preheat your oven to 500°F.

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, yeast, and salt.

Make a well in the center and add in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until the dough comes together, it will be fairly wet and craggy at this point.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the pasta sauce, garlic, and basil to make the pizza sauce.

Roll out the dough and create a pizza shape and place on a lined baking sheet. Make sure the base is very thin since it will rise a little in the oven.

Assemble the pizza! Spread sauce on the base and top with mozzarella, parmesan, and quartered cherry tomatoes.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the pizza is crispy.
