Stir fry is a great dish when you're low on time and craving lots of easy flavor. Pork and Broccoli Stir Fry utilizes pantry staples to reinvent an asian dish for your dinner table.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, red wine vineger, rice wine, sugar, chicken stock, and chili garlic sauce.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water into a slurry. Combine with the sauce and whisk well.
Season the pork well and then sear in a large pan or wok over high heat. When seared, remove from the pan and set aside.
Next, add the garlic and saute until fragrant. Then add the red onion and broccoli Saute until softened. Then, add in the pork and cashews. Pour the sauce over top and cook until everything is cooked through and simmering.
Serve with sesame seeds as garnish.
