Quick Artichoke Dip Pasta

Spinach and artichoke pasta is vegetarian, flavorful, and creamy. It's absolutely delicious and it's quick to make. You can make it as a light lunch or as a dinner. If you don't have much time to spend on cooking, this will be your new favorite recipe!

Ingredients:
 12 oz bow-tie pasta
 14 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
 ½ lb spinach, chopped
 4 cloves garlic, chopped
 2 tbsp olive oil
 4 oz cream cheese
 ½ cup sour cream
 ¼ cup white wine
 ½ cup milk
 ½ cup Parmwsan cheese, grated
 3 dashes hot sauce
 ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
 salt
 pepper
Directions:

First, fill a large pot with water, salt, and bring it to a boil. Add pasta cook following package instructions until the pasta is al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, add the garlic to a large pan with olive oil and saute over medium heat until the garlic is fragrant. Combine in the cream cheese, sour cream, and white wine and cook until the sauce is smooth.

After that, whisk the milk into the sauce, slowly, letting it heat up. Add in the Parmesan cheese once the sauce is hot enough to melt the cheese. Season the sauce with hot sauce or red pepper flakes if you like it spicy.

As the last step, add in spinach and artichoke hearts into the sauce, then add to the cooked pasta in a large bowl and stir everything to combine.
