Nothing shouts "It's Springtime!" to me than a fruit crumble. This Mixed Berry Crumble is a great way to use up berries, frozen or otherwise!

Prep Time10 minsCook Time25 minsTotal Time35 mins
Ingredients:
 2 tbsp butter
 1 cup sugar
 1 tbsp cinnamon
 5 cups mixed berries
 ½ cup peach liqueur
 1 cup oats
 1 cup flour
 ½ cup light brown sugar
7 tbsp butter, cut into cubes
Directions:
1

Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2

In a saucepan, heat sugar, cinnamon, mixed berries, and butter together. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until the berries have broken down.

3

Add in the peach liqueur and boil for 1 minute to boil away the alcohol. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

4

For the crumble, in a small bowl add oats, flour, light brown sugar, and butter. Using your hands, break up the large pats of butter and incorporate into the oats and flour until the crumbles are pea-sized.

5

Pour the fruit mixture into an oven-safe dish and top with crumble.

6

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbly.
