 ½ cup bread crumbs
 1 egg
 3 tbsp oil
 2 cups beef broth
 2 cups milk
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 8.80 oz pappardelle
 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

2

Form 1 inch meatballs from this mixture and set aside.

3

In a large pot, heat 3 tbsp oil over medium heat.

4

Brown the meatballs so that they get a good sear on all sides. Don't worry about cooking them all the way through since they will be simmering throughout the rest of the recipe.

When the meatballs are browned, add in the beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

6

Bring to a boil.

7

Add the pappardelle and cook to slightly underdone, around 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.

8

When the pasta is done, add in the shredded parmesan and parsley and stir until the cheese is incorporated and the pasta is al dente.
