An easy way to get more veggies in your day is by making Savory Veggie Muffins- they're quick to whip up and a satisfying snack.

Ingredients
 1 ¾ cups flour
 baking powder
 1 egg
 5 tbsp butter
 ¾ cup milk
 1 cup frozen peas
 2 cups red pepper, diced
 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
 salt

Preheat oven to 350°F

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Then, add an egg and melted butter. Add in the milk gradually. Mix until just combined.

Add in the peas, peppers, and cheese and stir to combine.

Distribute the batter into 10 muffin liners.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.

Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
