Pepperoni stuffed and mozzarella topped, Hasselback Pizza Potatoes are a twist on your favorite pizza flavors. Customize with any of your favorite toppings!
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Place each potato in between two wooden spoons and make 10-12 slices in the top, making sure not to cut all the way through.
Pour olive oil, salt, and pepper over each potato. Use your hands to spread the seasoning over the potato and inside the slices.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender.
When the potatoes are tender, remove them from the oven and let cool slightly.
Then, place the pepperoni slices in between the slices of the potatoes. Then, cover the tops in marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Return the the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
