One-pan dinners don't get tastier than this Mozz and Parm Chicken Bake. Mozzarella and Parmesan topped, marinara smothered chicken, topped with a crunchy bread topping, what more could you want?
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In the bottom of a baking dish, add the oil, crushed red pepper, and garlic.
On top, add the chicken breast halves. It's ok if they tough but try not to overlap them.
Over the chicken, pour marinara sauce and basil. Top with roughly 2/3 of the mozzarella and half the parmesan cheese.
Layer on the bruschetta toasts in an even layer. Then, top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. This time will vary based on the thickness of the breasts.
