Apple Crumble Cake

Name a better flavor combo than apple and cinnamon, I'll wait. Combine my two favorite flavors in a simple apple crumble sheet cake. Tip: f you're a fan of crumble topping, you should double the topping. I promise you won't regret it.

Ingredients:
 1 ½ cups raw cane sugar
 1 cup milk
 1 egg
  cup oil
 2 ½ cups flour
 1 tsp baking soda
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 ½ cups apples, peeled and chopped
 ½ cup sugar
 1 tbsp cinnamon
 3 tbsp butter
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a greased and lined cake pan.

In a large bowl, mix together sugar, milk, egg, oil, flour, baking soda, and vanilla extract until just combined.

Fold in chopped apples and then pour the batter into the cake pan.

To make the crumble topping, mix together the butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Use your hands to incorporate the butter, until the topping has roughly pea-sized crumbles.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry.

Serve with whipped cream on the side.
