If you like broccoli cheddar Soup, you'll love this Broccoli Cheddar Quiche. It is a healthy breakfast that is easy to make and so decadent, you'll forget it's packed with veggies.

Ingredients:
 1 unbaked pie crust
 2 cups broccoli. chopped
 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
 4 eggs, beaten
 2 tbsp butter
 1 onion, chopped
 1 tsp garlic, minced
 1 ½ cups milk
 1 tbsp butter, melted
 salt
 pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt the butter. When melted, add the onion, garlic, and broccoli. While cooking, stir occasionally until the vegetables are soft. Spoon vegetables into crust and sprinkle with cheese.

After that, whisk the eggs and the milk, season with salt and pepper. Mix in the melted butter, and pour the mixture over the vegetables and cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 50 minutes, or until center has set.
