Every Southerner has an Authentic Sausage Gravy recipe, but is it easy? I'm here to help you master this tasty and satisfying dish that will leave you dancing your way to Dixie!

This gravy is perfect for serving over biscuits, fried chicken, or chicken fried steak. Pair it with some classic southern sides like collard greens and okra to get the full experience.

The gravy will keep for 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat it in a saucepan with a splash more milk.

Add the sage, thyme, and garlic powder and cook for 1 minute more.

3

Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir until the flour is absorbed, about 2 minutes.
