This is a tasty brunch cocktail that is also a visual delight. Make this in a big batch and don't worry about refills as you hang out with your brunching friends!
For the chamomile syrup, make a simple syrup by combining the water and sugar. Stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved and the syrup is slightly thickened. Remove from heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 1 hour, covered.
While that cools, add the grapefruit juice and half the strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large punch bowl. Add the chamomile syrup and bourbon. Add in the strawberries and ice before serving.
To serve, fill tall glasses with ice, pour punch over, and garnish with chamomile flowers.
