Spiced Oven Spuds

Oven baked potato wedges are always a hit, cover them in spices and Parmesan cheese and you've got yourself a home run! They're the perfect side to any meal.

Ingredients:
 3 large potatoes,
 4 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp salt
 3 tsp paprika
 2 tsp Italian seasoning
 3 tsp garlic powder
 2 tsp black pepper
 ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Cut the potatoes into wedges, depending on the size of your potatoes, this should come out to 6 or 8 wedges per potato.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, oil, salt, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat, making sure each wedge is coated evenly.

Place the wedges on a parchment lined baking sheet so that the skin side of the potato is touching the baking sheet. Make sure none of the wedges touch or overlap.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
