Spicy chicken sliders are gluten-free but delicious dishes. Great for those on a diet, but still delicious for a family meal. These patties are so juicy and flavorful, no bread/flour or egg needed. Just to note, these are just a tad bit spicy. It's a subtle heat at the end that gives them a lovely kick. But if you'd like to make this for the kids, you can skip the hot spices.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the oil, and stir until combined. The mixture should be wet.
Form the mixture into small patties, about 1 ½ inch wide, and place on a plate. It should be about ¼ cup of the mixture for each patty.
Next, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Further, add patties, working in batches if necessary, and cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes. Once the patties are cooked on one side, flip and finish cooking, another 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. In case they are cooking too quickly, add extra oil or turn down the heat.
Serve these patties with your favorite dips on the side, or on gluten-free slider buns.
