Smoothies are great grab-and-go breakfasts. With added oatmeal, this Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie will keep you full longer than most other smoothies. Add in whatever fruits you have on hand, but personally, the strawberry and banana combo can't be beat!
Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
½ cup rolled oats
1 banana, sliced
14 frozen strawberries
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tsp sugar

In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana, and strawberries.

Add vanilla and sugar, and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
