Weeknight skillet lasagna is a quick and easy stovetop recipe. It's great for busy weeknights when you don't have much time. This delicious and simple pasta, will be a new favorite for the whole family, especially kids.

First, heat a large pan over medium-high heat to brown the ground beef. Add in the beef, minced onion, and garlic. Brown completely and drain off any excess fat.
Keeping the pan on heat, add all the other ingredients except for the cheese to the pot. Let this sauce simmer for 10-13 minutes covered (cook pasta to package instructions for al-dente). It will absorb that sauce and become really flavorful.
Once the pasta is cooked to al dente lower the heat to low and sprinkle all the cheese on top. Cover with the lid and let the hot air melt the cheese.
