 2 garlic, minced
 10 oz lasagna noodles
 15 oz can tomato sauce
 14.50 oz can crushed tomatoes
 2 tsp Italian seasoning

 1.50 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
 1.50 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
 ½ cup ricotta cheese
 salt
 pepper
Directions:
1

First, heat a large pan over medium-high heat to brown the ground beef. Add in the beef, minced onion, and garlic. Brown completely and drain off any excess fat.

Keeping the pan on heat, add all the other ingredients except for the cheese to the pot. Let this sauce simmer for 10-13 minutes covered (cook pasta to package instructions for al-dente). It will absorb that sauce and become really flavorful.

Once the pasta is cooked to al dente lower the heat to low and sprinkle all the cheese on top. Cover with the lid and let the hot air melt the cheese.
