Zucchini Wedges

For a side dish that is as easy as it is tasty, look no further than Zucchini Wedges. These make a great side to any meal, but especially a burger you'd normally have french fries with!

Ingredients:
 3 zucchini, cut into wedges
 4 tsp olive oil
 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
 ¼ cup breadcrumbs
 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 1 tsp cayenne pepper
 salt
 pepper

Above all, preheat a broiler on high with the shelf about 10 inches from the heat source. Meanwhile, prepare the zucchini, place them onto the baking tray, drizzle with 2 tsp of oil, and season with salt, pepper, cayenne, and the Italian seasoning.

After that, toss them and line up, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Next, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.

Finally, drizzle with the rest of the oil, and broil for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
